Welcome to tapaknyata.link. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.

tapaknyata.link provides Premium SEO & PBN Backlink Services for Higher Google Rankings, including backlink services, SEO-related services, website promotion, and other digital marketing solutions.

Our Services

We provide SEO and backlink-related services based on the package, requirements, and specifications agreed upon with the customer. Services may include backlink placement, PBN-related services, link-building solutions, and other SEO services described on our website.

SEO results can depend on numerous factors outside our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic levels, indexing, leads, sales, or revenue unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, website URLs, keywords, anchor text, and other materials necessary to complete an order.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and authorization to provide any website, content, trademarks, or other materials submitted to us.

Customers must not request services intended to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, malware distribution, hacking, spam, or infringement of another person's intellectual property rights.

Payments and Orders

Customers agree to provide accurate payment and billing information when purchasing our services. An order may begin after payment has been successfully received and the required information has been provided.

Prices, packages, delivery times, and service specifications may vary and will be communicated through the applicable service page, quotation, or direct agreement.

Delivery and Results

We make reasonable efforts to deliver services according to the agreed timeframe. However, delivery times may vary because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SEO and backlink services cannot guarantee permanent rankings or specific positions in search-engine results. Search engines may change their algorithms, policies, indexing systems, or ranking factors at any time.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased and the amount of work already completed. Once an SEO or backlink campaign has begun, a refund may not be available for work that has already been performed or resources that have already been committed.

Any applicable refund terms communicated at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant order.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the content, branding, text, graphics, design, and other materials available on tapaknyata.link are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or redistributed without permission.

Customers retain ownership of materials they provide to us, subject to the rights necessary for us to perform the requested services.

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party websites, platforms, search engines, hosting providers, or other services. We do not control these third parties and cannot guarantee their availability, policies, algorithms, indexing decisions, or continued operation.
